2015 Bon Appétit Hot 10 Dinner

This year's dinner was held at KitchenCru Culinary Prepspace which provided a nice intimate space for people to interact with the chefs and each other, and the dinner was absolutely insanely delicious.
First Course: Fluke, tomato, cucumber, knob by Philip Krajeck, Rolf & Daughters
Second Course: Plancha seared octopus, almond milk, scuppernong verjus, green coriander pistou - Joe & Katy Kindred
Third Course: Pickle-brined fried chicken by Aaron Silverman, Rose's Luxury
Fourth Course: Porco bafassa, tumeric braised pork shoulder, potatoes, carrots, chantrelles, balichão by Abe Conlon & Adrienne Lo, Fat Rice
Dessert Course: Black pepper cheesecake with tomato confit + anisette gelato by Kristen Murray,Måurice
